For your convenience, and to meet the needs of all patients

We operate extended hours and provide convenient daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. Please allow a minimum of one hour for your appointment, including time to dilate your eyes and speak with other health-care professionals aside from Dr. Mames and Dr. Hines. It is important to us to serve you on time. We know your time is valuable, so let us know if you feel you have been waiting too long.

Dr. Mames and Dr. Hines are available after hours. If a life threatening emergency is encountered, proceed immediately to the nearest emergency room.

• Doctor's referral letter or note
• Medical records
• Insurance cards
• Sunglasses
• Your questions
• A friend for driving may be helpful, since your eyes will be dilated

CONSULTATIONS

We send a report of your consultation to your eye doctor and general medical doctor. If ever you desire another opinion, please feel free to inform us.
