We participate in most medical insurance plans. If you have insurance, we will file your forms promptly, and request you pay your portion at the time service is rendered. You are responsible for any amount not covered by your plan. Payment can be made by check, cash, or through an accepted major creditcard. If you need to arrange a payment plan, we can assist you.
